Unbeknownst to the Investigators, their friend is a cultist. Keeper Comments

  • The author rightly suggests that a Keeper running this scenario establish the friend well in advance of when they plan to run the scenario (Perhaps during character generation.) to give the Investigators the strongest possible motivation to investigate what's happened to them.
  • Keepers have to be prepared to create/provide maps of key locations as none are provided with the scenario, the friends house is clearly described by the author. The second major location however much more sketchy described in nature with the author suggesting that the Keeper use the design of an office building local to their area as the basis for this.
