Ralph "Bottles" Capone, an older brother of Al Capone, if found guilty of tax fraud.
The First Japanese Hikawa Maru (Also named the 'Hikawa Maru') ocean liner was completed. It would go on to serve during the 1930s and after World War II. It remains anchored at Port of Yokohama to this day as a museum ship.
