The Dutch, Danish, Norwegian, and Swedish governments sign an economic agreement, designed to help coordinate tariff policies and promote trade.
Jake Guzik, the financial and legal advisor to Al Capone, is arrested by Bureau of Investigation operatives in Chicago for tax fraud. He will later be released after posting $50,000 for parole.
